i keep seeing all these complaints! I'm not getting this card to go run n have fun, this is to rebuild my credit!! they report to all 3 major credit bureaus and i don't care if i have to wait a week for my payment/ credit I'm using 1/3 every month anyway and I'm not pulling cash off for 6 months!! that's how you get your credit up!! and make payments on time!! I've had open sky before and had no problem..

WORST Customer Service!!! This app is very simple. Low to no user interaction here. It doesn't even allow you to click on any of your transactions, to view the details. This card DOES help with your credit score, which is great! WORST customer service, on the planet though! It's like everyone I've talked to, has a chip, on their shoulder, even when you had to stay on the line, for a long time, to get a simple question answered, because there was no other way, to find things out! So crazy!

App is trash. Many months, I've set a payment, shows in the transaction list as it went through. Will sit there for several days without actually taking the money out of my bank account, and then all of a sudden, the transaction is gone without a trace, and then there's a very convenient late fee. Will be paying off my card and opening with a different secured provider. I should've trusted the 2* rating on the card
