WORST Customer Service!!! This app is very simple. Low to no user interaction here. It doesn't even allow you to click on any of your transactions, to view the details. This card DOES help with your credit score, which is great! WORST customer service, on the planet though! It's like everyone I've talked to, has a chip, on their shoulder, even when you had to stay on the line, for a long time, to get a simple question answered, because there was no other way, to find things out! So crazy!

App is trash. Many months, I've set a payment, shows in the transaction list as it went through. Will sit there for several days without actually taking the money out of my bank account, and then all of a sudden, the transaction is gone without a trace, and then there's a very convenient late fee. Will be paying off my card and opening with a different secured provider. I should've trusted the 2* rating on the card

It's nice that they approve bad credit, that's the only thing they have going for them. But if your payment option bank defaults, they lock out your bank info and won't take payment from that account!? How else are you going to take my money!? I'm poor and only have one bank account, that's why I got your card! Now you've locked out the only way I can pay you! Also, won't reflect correct available funds even weeks after payment transactions have posted.
