The worst app. Viewing access history is sporadic. It seems to only keep the last two- Maybe. When I click on to pay my account it takes me to a Uhaul page. Have not been able to successfully open the gate with the app yet. I'd love to be notified when someone enters with my code, but that seems to be too much of a stretch. The only reason I'm keeping the app is because I maybe might possibly be able to see history sometimes. 🤷‍♀️

I'm trying to set this up for the first time. I gave it permission for location, Bluetooth, and alerts, but then the app just shuts down. After I close it, I can't even open it again. I tried clearing the cache and data, and when I restart, the same thing happens. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I'm still having the exact same problem. It seems like this app isn't working at all.

The odds of it actually working are slim to none. It has been 3 months since it last worked. Just memorize your access code and get used to entering it manually on the keypad. If you rely on this app, you'll be screwed & locked out. When it does work, be prepared to sit & wait while it tries to recognize which storage facility you're at & tries connecting to the access point. It is faster to key in the code manually. Don't believe me, just look at the apps overall rating of 2.9
