Myself, a second medic, and our EMS built our OpIQ system for Inventory management/tracking, apparatus inspections, tracking maintenance on tools and rigs, and for finances tracking (fuel, supplies, and repairs). Having worked with the old system (Check sheets) and now using Frontline, this system remains user friendly, is visually pleasing, and works seamlessly with Back Office.
