Operoo is a School/Organization Operations and Productivity Platform. Operoo enables schools/organizations to automate, manage and track recurring operational tasks in one cloud-based platform, with features including digital forms, approvals, payments, medical, field trip management and messaging.

The Operoo Central App is an interface used by parents and staff (teachers/supervisors).

Parents use the Operoo Central App to respond to school forms, make payments and receive messages. Staff use the Operoo Central App to manage trips, mark the roll, log incidents, review medical data in an emergency, respond to staff forms and receive messages.

The Operoo Central App securely stores emergency contact and medical data in offline mode so it can be accessed by authorized staff in an emergency, even when offline.

Ratings and reviews

Truly a terribly built app. Even the login is bad. Asks for email or username, but ends up you can't use your email address, and there are "two versions" --the groups version for which you can't use email address. Also does not seem to have any capability of sending push notifications to my device. The administrator must either send an email or sms to notify the user that there is a form request. There must be better options for schools than this.

The school assigned my username, my phone remembers it and I login with a PIN. The app is easy to use for filling out school forms like requesting an excuse absence or making a pickup/bus change. Also the school uses operoo to let parents know when it's time to complete certain forms, and those are on operoo. I think it's a great little app.

Does work, but can't make payments which means I can't actually complete a lot of forms. Also the app is just the website anyway so just make a bookmark in your browser, cause at least that way you can make payments as well.
