What is OperSite?

OperSite is a SaaS tool built for companies that manage multiple sites with multiple field agents. Its purpose is simple: structure and centralize proof of field intervention.

Today, these companies rely on a mix of messaging apps, phone calls, photos buried in camera rolls, and separate time-tracking tools. When a client disputes a service or a manager needs to verify a visit, there is nothing reliable or quick to check.

OperSite solves this in three steps:

1. The manager sets up a site once: contacts, documents, instructions, safety equipment, intervention types.

2. The agent arrives on site and creates proof of service: GPS check-in, before/after photos, comments, incident reports.

3. The manager reviews the intervention summary and can generate a PDF report in a few clicks. Everything is organized by site, easy to find, and works even without network.
