Every evening, dozens or even hundreds of people come together to create the artistic synthesis of music, theatre, stage, costumes and lighting. Around 800 people work at Opernhaus Zürich to make this possible. They come from 38 nations and work in 146 different professions. A third of them work artistically in the Arts: in the orchestra, choir, ensemble or ballet. The employees have been working at Opernhaus Zürich for an average of 11.6 years and 50% of them are female.
