The app is ideal for satisfaction surveys in clinics, laboratories, hospitals, medical and dental offices, pharmacies, and hotels, as well as retail establishments such as chain stores, restaurants, and industrial kitchens.
The CX platform has a dashboard with real-time statistics and generates an Excel spreadsheet with the data collected at the POS through the app, QR Code, or via link. You can also generate a PDF management report with the statistics for each survey. You generate the data you need yourself, without asking anyone – all directly on the Opinaê platform!
