Revd Isaac Kofi Opoku Ware is an accredited minister with the Assemblies of God, Great Britain, and the founding pastor of Relation Church, located at Pollards Hill, near Mitcham. He has served in full-time ministry for over two decades, providing leadership, teaching, and pastoral guidance that inspire growth and spiritual maturity. His ministerial formation began with four years of Baptist vocational training, leading to a Degree in Theology from Spurgeon’s College, validated by the University of Manchester. He later completed a three-year Minister-in-Training (MiT) programme with the Assemblies of God, Great Britain, which led to his full ministerial accreditation.
Revd Opoku Ware also serves as a Healthcare Chaplain, offering compassionate spiritual care within the NHS and supporting the wellbeing of patients, families, and healthcare professionals from diverse faith and belief backgrounds. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Chaplaincy and Wellbeing from London South Bank University, reflecting his deep commitment to holistic care and the integration of faith and compassion in healthcare settings.
Alongside his pastoral and chaplaincy work, Revd Opoku Ware has built a distinguished career in Christian media and filmmaking. His media journey began at The SAE Institute London in the early 2000s, where he developed his foundation in sound and broadcast production. He later earned a Master’s Degree in Filmmaking from Kingston University London, combining creative storytelling with ministry. Since 1999, he has served as a Christian media consultant, empowering churches and ministries through broadcasting, filmmaking, and publishing. His work continues to promote media as a transformative tool for evangelism, education, and community impact.
Revd Opoku Ware is married to Elizabeth Opoku Ware (née Brew Riverson), a Specialist Nurse with the NHS, and they are blessed with a son, Stephen, who is pursuing a career in pharmacy.
