About this app

Oprix is a business phone app that lets you make and receive calls, send messages and manage voicemail from your phone, using the account provided by your organization.

Oprix is built for teams. Your organization's administrator creates and manages your account, so you sign in with the credentials you were given. The app is not available for personal sign-up.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Make and receive calls: dial from the keypad, call a contact or a colleague's extension, and answer incoming calls even when your phone is locked.
• Manage calls: mute, hold, switch between calls and use Bluetooth headsets.
• Call history: see incoming, outgoing and missed calls in one place.
• Messages: send and receive SMS and chat with your team, and attach pictures and files.
• Voicemail: read and listen to your voicemail.
• Contacts and directory: search your company directory and keep your own contacts and groups.
• Call forwarding and call center tools: set forwarding rules and handle queue calls when your organization uses them.
• Meetings: schedule and join meetings and add them to your calendar.
• Settings: choose your audio devices and manage your preferences.
