OpsFly helps restaurant and hospitality operations teams capture what's happening on the floor and turn it into action — without typing long reports.

CAPTURE ISSUES BY VOICE OR TEXT
Tap the mic and describe what you're seeing — a leaking fridge, a staffing gap, a maintenance concern — or type a quick note instead. OpsFly transcribes your voice note and uses AI to automatically detect operational issues, tagging each one by type (maintenance, staffing, cost risk, and more) and severity (high, medium, low).

AUTOMATIC TASK CREATION
When an issue is detected, OpsFly suggests a task to resolve it. Review the suggested tasks, confirm, and they're saved and assigned — no manual data entry required. Tasks can be organized by priority, assigned to specific team members, and tracked from open to completed.
