opsis CivilOps is a mobile application for citizens and local users that enhances direct communication with the relevant Operations Center. Through the application, users can submit reports on incidents such as forest fires, floods, landslides, road network obstacles, heavy snowfall, frost, environmental incidents and other civil protection incidents, with precise location via map / GPS and photographic documentation. At the same time, they can receive notifications and protection instructions from the relevant operations center, while where supported they have the ability to monitor the progress of their reports. The "Direct Report" function allows for rapid submission of an incident even without an account connection.
