OpSpot IQ is a smart Kitchen Display System (KDS) built for restaurants, cafes,
and food service businesses. It connects your kitchen directly to your Point of
Sale system — so every order appears instantly on screen, gets tracked in real
time, and is fulfilled without errors.

📡 RFID Tag Scanning
Built-in support for Dragon2 RFID readers. Scan RFID-tagged trays or containers
to automatically match them to the correct order — faster and more accurate than
manual tracking.

🖥 Multi-Station Support
Run separate KDS screens for different kitchen sections such as grill, fryer,
salads, or desserts. Each station only shows the orders relevant to its section.

🔄 Live POS Sync
Stays in sync with your POS system at all times. Order updates, cancellations,
and modifications appear instantly without any manual refresh.

⚙ Easy Station Setup
Administrators can set up and configure each kitchen station from a central
dashboard — assign sections, manage RFID antenna settings, and control which
devices are connected.

🔒 Device-Level Security
Only approved devices can connect to the system. Each device is registered and
verified by an administrator before it can access kitchen orders, keeping your
operation secure.
