The facility manager receives an optimal overview of the demand for workplaces and conference rooms across all locations, buildings, floors and construction phases.
The employee can conveniently book his workplace, conference room, parking space and charging station graphically from the app, from the tablet at the entrance to the building or via the browser on the Internet.
In addition, the employee can find favorite colleagues, arrange to meet for lunch, display meal plans, define favorite workplaces and much more.
The Enterprise version includes automated tracking of presence via a workplace sensor in the room, at the table or at the chair.
There is no limit to the number of workstations or employees.
All employees, the locations down to the workplace level, company holidays and the sensors can be managed in an admin portal.
Extensive evaluation functions allow the actual occupancy (booked - no-show + unbooked) to be displayed, the costs per square meter to be determined and optimized. All data is prepared graphically, can be downloaded, saved as an Excel file or printed out as a PDF.
The optional sensors are installed and configured using the same app in administration mode and is limited to scanning QR codes on the sensors.
