Stole $20!!! Wasted an hour!!! It took me 35 minutes the 1st time just to set up my account and confirm it due to their faulty verification system. I'm the end i had to call a self help verify, then email them directly. Then you can't pay per session, you must add a card and add $20 minimum to your account. It failed to add my card 3x. The app was glitchy, buggy and mostly doesn't work. I managed to charge it only once and never again!!!!!

Update: Restarted my phone and was able to open app. However, I still frequently have issues with it crashing. It takes a couple tries to get the app to communicate with the charging station. There is also a bug in the app that does not let you add your vehicle to your profile. I cannot open the app because it keeps crashing on start up. It is really annoying that OpConnect forces you to auto load money onto your account and that the lowest amount you can auto load is $20.

The charger might work fine, but I wouldn't know if it does or not. Because the app does not work. The app crashes several times while trying to log in and set up account information. The app also repeatedly does not accept card information, of mine anyway... My experience was using an android phone and SOFI debit card as my bank. My card doesn't have issues being charged anywhere else, and is functional on all my phones apps. My phone doesn't have issues with other apps crashing constantly.
