This app is everything that's wrong with EV charging today. You have to download a new app when you're far afield and don't have a good connection. Then it needs all your personal info. Pay $20 up front to even start charging. But the absolute worst part is the station we visited showed as online but didn't even work; our car showed a red light on the dash. So after spending all this time setting up and giving them your money, I literally got nothing. And there's no way to get a refund!

Update: Restarted my phone and was able to open app. However, I still frequently have issues with it crashing. It takes a couple tries to get the app to communicate with the charging station. There is also a bug in the app that does not let you add your vehicle to your profile. I cannot open the app because it keeps crashing on start up. It is really annoying that OpConnect forces you to auto load money onto your account and that the lowest amount you can auto load is $20.

App is slow, unresponsive and constantly crashes. The chargers connect fine, but information is limited. Costuker support immediately crashes the app. $20 minimum before charging is crazy and took me forever to make an account, it failed 4 times before I could get in... Horrible. Charger had a $50 fee for charging over 4 hours, which is more than 1 months worth of charging.... No warning, no invoice, no explanation of why it was assessed seems random and extortionist! No response customer servic
