I just picked up a Fretlight guitar after loading up this app and trying the system before I commited to buying the guitar. This app has worked very well and seems to be very well thought out. I think it has immense amount of possibilities for the library to grow and for the app to get even better in the future with continued development. I would urge people with potential interest to try this guitar and software and not be influenced by unhelpful, bad reviews that list no details of issues.

So, echoing all of the previous comments: the app does not work and customer support is nonexistent. Cut and paste replies don't help when you don't answer your emails. And the "You bought it secondhand, we can't help you" line is hilarious. As if nobody ever bought a guitar secondhand (I'll just check my local shop of a NOS '59 Les Paul...There IS a fix – search for the 1.2.8 APK from 2021 and install that. It's still pretty poor but at least it connects to Bluetooth. Later versions are broken.

Great Guitar learning APP. Works great with all of my Android devices, both new and old versions.
