About this app

The OPSCENTER mobile app allows users of the Opterus OPSCENTER solution to access their account in order to receive and reply to messages, complete tasks, track issues, view documents and knowledge base, and complete tests and audits. Configurable badge counts and push notifications also allow users to be alerted when something new or updated has been sent to them or their store.

Detailed functionality includes:
- Create, read, filter, file and search messages, tasks and issues
- Approve messages and tasks (gatekeepers)
- Create and respond to messages and issues
- Create and complete tasks
- Create issues for messages and tasks
- Redirect, resolve, assign and close issues
- View the SOC calendar and open tasks and events
- Search and view documents and knowledge base items
- Complete tests and audits
- Use Single Sign On
- Support for iOS notifications and badges based on configurable settings

the app was originally coded to IOS and your port process has overlooked many issues. you need to understand that android operates on many builds and the code needs to be hard tested on multiple devices before releasing. while the concept is great, turn around time to fix issues we experience as the end user are sub par. we have builds of android's not handling push notifications at all, and document display overflow. please fix your app before companies start looking at other solutions.

Hi I need help here pls. I think after updating my app .. this problem start occurring, every single time I open n check some documents and sudden when I click open it crashes. Pls find me a solution. I have uninstalled app many times still the issue is same..

The app looks nice, but the functionality of it is lacking. Honestly the company needs to get rid of the thousand apps that they have us download and actually try teaching us how to do our job. I shouldn't have to download the same PDF file five times a day to know how much a phone costs. The paper should be at the store, and information that important should be readily available to customers, not hidden away in secrecy and needing to be decoded in a spreadsheet
