I like the service, but not a big fan of the app. Biggest complaint being that you have to sign in every time you open it. Which I get from a security standpoint, and it would be fine if you could just do it with biometrics/passkey, but you can't. The most efficient login method offered is singing in through 3rd party logins like Google, which makes no sense to require every time you open an app. The app is on your phone, your account is on your phone, so more steps but not more security.

I tried to unsubscribe from all the promotional emails and every time I hit unsubscribe it asked me another question about upgrading instead of unsubscribing me. if I click unsubscribe I'm not asking for another sales pitch. I should have to repeatedly ask you to unsubscribe. I ask. You do. It should be that simple. so because of the predatory nature of that exchange I think I'll find another service.

The first few days the app showed some results in removing my info. At that time it showed multiple removals "pending", however, after a few months this did not change. Not worth it.
