Optical Diary is a patient and prescription management app for opticians, optometrists, and optical shop staff.

FEATURES

• Patient Records
Search, add, and edit patient details. Records sync automatically with your shop's account so your whole team stays up to date.

• Prescription Management
Record spectacle prescriptions, including sphere, cylinder, axis, add power, prism, and PD measurements for both eyes.

• Scan Prescription Cards
Use your device's camera to capture a prescription card. Optical Diary reads the printed values and fills in the form fields for you to review and confirm.

• Offline Access
Patient and prescription data is stored on your device and available without an internet connection. Changes sync automatically when you're back online.

• Multi-Staff Shops
Shop admins and staff share one patient and prescription database, with role-based access.

• Custom Branding
Set your shop's accent color, shown throughout the app.

Requires an existing Optical Diary shop account.
