Optical Form is a modern educational application that allows teachers to prepare optical exams and students to easily answer exams from their phones.

FOR TEACHERS
• Create classes and approve participation requests.
• Prepare optical forms with up to 150 questions with A-D or A-E options.
• Set the answer key and choose when results are shown to students.
• Send the exam to a specific class or make it accessible to everyone with a 6-digit form code.
• Stop sending new answers when you close the exam.
• Track participating and non-participating students, the number of correct, incorrect, and blank answers, and results out of 100 points.
• Review question success percentages, the most frequently answered questions, and the A-E option distributions.
• Compare class and exam performance.
• Export exam reports in PDF and Excel formats.

FOR STUDENTS
• Find your class using the teacher username or class code.
• View class exams on your home screen after teacher approval. • Participate directly in public exams using the form code. • Mark your optical answers quickly and easily using the user-friendly interface. • View your correct, incorrect, blank, and out-of-100 scores in the announced results. • Track your exam and classroom performance from a single screen.
