This app is closed and not available for public sign-up. Users receive a personal invitation from their settlement administrator.

🤝 Usage model:
• No payments, subscriptions, or ads
• All accounts are provisioned by a settlement administrator (no self sign-up)
• Every user receives training on app usage and required permissions

Optima accesses location only while actively used — for coordinating team members during security incidents, identifying personnel on the map, and navigation. Background location is NOT used.

Critical notifications are used for incident alerts, readiness updates, and new chat messages.
