Optima Flow is the app for tenants, property owners and vendors who work with Optima Property Management.

FOR TENANTS
• Pay rent by bank transfer and see what's due, paid and clearing
• Report a repair with photos; a guided helper works out what's wrong and gets it to the right person
• Message the office and get a notification when they reply
• Read your lease, inspection reports and notices in one place

FOR OWNERS
• Monthly statements and year-end tax forms
• See your homes, leases and repairs as they happen
• Notifications when a statement is ready or a decision needs you

FOR VENDORS
• See the jobs assigned to you, accept them, and send your invoice

Sign in with the email and password your property manager set you up with. Optima Flow is for clients of Optima Property Management; there is no public sign-up.
