Optimality

Optimality, Inc

About this app

Optimality is where complex work gets delivered. This app is the mobile companion to the Optimality platform, so the plan, the people and the decisions travel with you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See the work — activities, tasks, milestones and deliverables for every endeavour you belong to, with status you can change in a tap.

• Ask Opti — an AI assistant grounded in your organisation's own work, not the open web. Ask what is blocked, what is at risk, who owns a deliverable, or what happens if a date slips, and get an answer with its reasoning shown.

• Explore the context graph — every activity, document, decision and person is connected. Start from anything, expand the links that matter, and see how one delay reaches the rest of the plan.

• Open the documents — read and download the content attached to the work, wherever you are.

• Switch context — move between organisations and endeavours without losing your place.

• Keep up — notifications for the things that need you.

WHO IT IS FOR

Teams delivering capital projects, engineering programmes and other work where dependencies are real and a missed handover is expensive. If you already use Optimality on the web, this is the same data in your pocket.

WHAT YOU NEED

An Optimality account. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator; you cannot sign up inside the app. Sign-in uses your organisation's single sign-on, in your device's browser, so your password is never handled by the app.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Your data stays inside your organisation. Optimality is SOC 2 Type II certified, all traffic is encrypted in transit, and Opti answers only from the work your account is allowed to see.
