About this app

OptiMantra provides integrative medicine and wellness practitioners with a comprehensive, easy-to-use, online practice management and Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) platform. For patients, the app provides a secure portal to manage your health journey and stay connected with your care team.

For Practitioners: Manage your entire practice in a centralized platform. Designed for single and multi-practitioner offices, OptiMantra allows you to:
1. Communicate via patient portal messages, emails and texts.
2. Manage practice financials and patient superbills.
3. Create and access charts.
4. e-prescribe right from the app.

For Patients: Take control of your wellness with easy access to your healthcare providers:
1. Schedule and manage appointments online.
2. Complete intake forms, upload documents, and view treatment plans from your provider.
3. Securely message your care team.
4. Pay bills online.

Enhanced Clinical Insights with Health Connect: To provide a more holistic approach to your wellness, OptiMantra allows patients to manually share selected health metrics with their practitioner as part of their clinical record.
In the Patient Portal, the Health Metrics section lets you connect to Google Health Connect and choose which health data you want to share. Access to Health Connect is requested only after you press a button and approve specific data types in the native Health Connect permission screen.

After approval, you can review the selected metrics on-screen and explicitly submit them to your practitioner. Data is shared only when you choose to send it and is not accessed automatically or in the background.

How we use your data:
The selected health metrics are added to your medical record so your practitioner can review historical health information during consultations. This helps provide additional context alongside your existing clinical information.

Your control and privacy:
You remain in full control of which data types are shared and when they are submitted. You can update or revoke Health Connect permissions at any time from the app. Health data is used only for patient-initiated sharing with your assigned practitioner and is never used for advertising.
