Ive had this app for a long time (ios and android), but recently its gotten very buggy. Currently, it has a fun bug of not letting you loose. I have played several games where the computer just moves their pieces around instead of going in for the kill. I just finished a game where it was clear that I was in checkmate, but the computer considered it check. Ive been playing chess for a long time now, so it wasn't a situation of missing something. I do love the simple interface

The levels are very good and the difficult level has a brilliant algorithm and logic. I love this game and in this app, you can sharpen your skills. It's the best chess apps. It would have been better if there could be different themes of boards and pieces and also if there is an option to retire rather than playing all through out and then coming to a draw.

The app is OK. I wouldn't go beyond that. - On the pro side, it had a wonderful lack of add harassment. It plays quickly. Its move algorithms are in line with levels of play. - On the con side, it lacks the "obvious" piece distinction between king, queen and bishop. It's there, but it's subtle and takes getting use to. It doesn't give numerical values to levels of play. It doesn't give resign or abandon options.
