I've had the service for three years now, original 2 transmitter units still. and they've been thru hell. pretty solid and reliable gear and the customer service has always been quick and helpful. an I mean if you email them during business hours, you get a response within the hour. and billing has been easy and consistent. when I needed to change my card number and forgot to update them it was an email from a real person just asking if everything was good. very happy with the whole outfit.

Every time I try to enter my phone number in so I get email or sms alerts the app crashes. Its been doing it all morning. Whether I try setting the alerts through Geofencing or otherwise it crashes repeatedly! ✳️PLEASE 🙏 DO AN UPDATE and fix that Bug✳️. That's a critical feature. Only used it for less than 24hrs so Ill update my rating in a few days of trial.

the old app was so much better this one is not user friendly and consistently crashes has nothing but bugs to the point you can't even use it because the change is would have recommended it but don't waste your money find a better company
