Optio is a learning portfolio for students who want their education to mean something.

Instead of grades on a transcript, Optio captures the actual work you do — the questions you ask, the things you build, the experiments you run, the moments you reflect. Every task you complete adds to a real portfolio you carry forward.

The Process Is The Goal. Learning is about who you're becoming, not preparing for something else. Optio celebrates curiosity, creation, and discovery for their own sake.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN OPTIO
• Capture learning moments — photos, video, audio notes, reflections — anytime, anywhere
• Take on quests and complete the tasks that matter to you
• Earn XP across five learning pillars: STEM, Communication, Wellness, Civics, and Arts
• Build subject credits over time, working toward a real diploma
• Connect with family members who can support, comment, and post bounties
• Share your portfolio when you want feedback from advisors or other observers

FOR FAMILIES
Parents can follow their student's learning journey, post bounties to spark new interests, and celebrate progress without nagging. Optio gives families a window into the work — not just the outcomes.

FOR ADVISORS AND EDUCATORS
Review student work, provide feedback, and help curate the diploma credit students earn. Optio is accredited, so the credit you award counts toward an official high school diploma.

BUILT ON THE PROCESS IS THE GOAL
Optio doesn't grade. It doesn't compare students. It doesn't push toward someone else's idea of success. Every task is a chance to notice, explore, and grow. Mistakes are celebrated as learning. Internal motivation matters more than external validation.
