CBA-Agent is a field tool for account managers and agents of financial institutions running the CBA core banking platform.

This app is not for the general public. You need credentials issued by your institution and an activated device. Without both, the app cannot be used.

• Post deposits into customer accounts
• View your assigned customers, their accounts and loan details
• Create Ajo savings plans and record contributions
• Review collections history and running totals
• See today's tasks and outstanding repayments
• Raise support tickets with your administrator
• Receive notifications about your portfolio

• Fingerprint sign-in
• English and French
• Light and dark mode
• Every amount confirmed before it is posted, with a receipt afterwards

SECURITY
• Each agent is bound to a single registered device
• What an agent may do is set by their institution's administrator and enforced on every action
• Access ends immediately when an administrator withdraws it

CBA-Agent does not transfer funds between users, hold customer balances, or provide banking services to the public. It is an operational tool used by authorised staff on behalf of the institution that employs them.
