About this app

GetOrder Staff is the app for the restaurant TEAM that uses GetOrder — the digital ordering system via QR Code. While the customer places the order on their own cell phone (through the website, without installing anything), your team monitors and operates everything from here.

KITCHEN
Real-time panel (New, Preparing, Ready), with alerts for new orders, highlighted additions and notes, and a screen that doesn't turn off during service.

WAITER
List of tables with open orders, order placement at the table or counter, and closing the bill (service charge, division per person, and payment method).

ADMIN
Management panel (revenue, average ticket, best sellers), menu with photos and additions, tables with QR Code, team management, and brand customization (colors and logo).

HOW IT WORKS
The customer scans the table's QR Code and places the order on their own cell phone, without installing anything. The order arrives in real time in the kitchen and to the waiter. Your team tracks, prepares, and closes the bill through this app.

It works with any card machine — GetOrder doesn't process payments, it only registers the method. No fee per order. Requires a team account (created by the restaurant) and an internet connection.
