বিশেষ নির্দেশিকা :
ঘরে বসে জিডির যোগ্য বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে জিডির জন্য আবেদন করতে অনলাইন জিডি অ্যাপস্ ও ওয়েবসাইট (ওয়েবসাইট লিংক-gd.police.gov.bd) টি ব্যবহার করুন।

অনলাইন জিডি অ্যাপস্‌ এবং ওয়েব পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করে কি কি বিষয়ে অভিযোগ করতে পারবেন:
• আপনার হারানো, প্রাপ্তি সংক্রান্ত ও অন্য যে কোন বিষয়ে পুলিশের নিকট অভিযোগ করতে অনলাইন জিডি অ্যাপস্‌ এবং ওয়েব পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করুন।
• অভিযোগের বিষয়টি যদি জিডির যোগ্য হয় তাহলে সেটি জিডি নং ও তদন্তকারী অফিসারের বিবরণীসহ মোবাইলে এসএমএস দেওয়া হবে এবং আপনাকে ডিজিটাল জিডির কপি প্রেরণ করা হবে।
• অভিযোগের বিষয়টি যদি মামলা করার যোগ্য (আমলযোগ্য অপরাধ) হয় সেক্ষেত্রে বিস্তারিত তথ্যাদি সহ থানায় আসার জন্য আপনাকে এসএমএস এ জানানো হবে।
• সংশ্লিষ্ট থানা হতে আপনার অভিযোগের ধরন অনুসারে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে এবং আপনাকে অবগত করা হবে।

অভিযোগ করার জন্য যা প্রয়োজন :
• আপনার জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র এর তথ্য। জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র এর নম্বর, জন্ম তারিখ, নিজের নাম (বাংলা, ইংরেজি), পিতা/স্বামীর নাম, মাতার নাম।
• আপনার সচল মোবাইল।
• আপনার লাইভ ছবি।
• আপনার বর্তমান ঠিকানা।

অনলাইন জিডি অ্যাপস্‌ এবং ওয়েব পোর্টালের সুবিধা সমূহ :
• খুব সহজে আপনার অভিযোগটি পুলিশকে জানাতে পারবেন।
• আপনার অভিযোগের সর্বশেষ অবস্থা জানতে পারবেন।
• আপনার অভিযোগের তদন্তকারী অফিসারের সহিত যোগাযোগ এর তথ্য।
• অনলাইনে আপনার অভিযোগ (জিডি) কপি ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন।

I am utterly frustrated on both this app and the system itself. I am constantly clicking on the submit option after completing all those info needed. And it's not submitting and all my data are becoming vanished then I have to start again. From yesterday I have tried several times to submit the data.
