About this app

My Livebox Cable enables you at any time to:
- manage your principal Wi-Fi (activation, deactivation, change of name, sharing, etc.)
- manage your guest Wi-Fi´s in order to give separate and secure Wi-Fi accesses to your guests and/or to
your devices (activation, deactivation, change of name, sharing, scheduling, etc.)
- view and supervise all of your household devices (as well as the quality of their current and historical
Wi-Fi connection)
- monitor internet traffic overall or per device (hour by hour over the last 24 hours or day by day over 7
days)
- measure your overall internet speed and your Wi-Fi speed (but also the speed between your modem
and your boosters)
- define « internet breaks » (= periods without internet) for certain of your devices/users.

Important information:
- Use of the app is free.
- The app is accessible from any internet access (Wi-Fi, 3G/4G/5G).
- To use the My Livebox Cable app, you first have to link the app to your Livebox Cable (= modem). The
procedure is very quick and easy, but it does require physical access to your Livebox Cable.
- The use of device anonymisation functions ( = solution blocking the monitoring of devices, = private
Wi-Fi address, = random MAC address) can have a negative impact on the supervision, blockage and
consumption monitoring functions.
