About this app

My Livebox Fiber enables you to:
- manage your Wi-Fi: you access a visual representation of your home with the connected devices and the Wi-Fi signal level per device.
- optimise your home network thanks to recommendations (repositioning of the Fiber Wi-Fi booster, etc.).
- plan the use of your Internet and your Wi-Fi: you can define rules of access per device and plan the activation or deactivation of your Wi-Fi or your Internet access.
- activate and manage the guest Wi-Fi to give your guests Wi-Fi access distinct from that of your home.
- troubleshoot your Internet or Wi-Fi services: an analysis of your services can be initiated and guidance is offered to you.
- access an aid to the step-by-step installation of Orange devices.

Important information:
Use of the app is free.
The app is accessible free of charge via the Wi-Fi of your home.
The app requires a connection to the Wi-Fi network of your Livebox Fiber. So it cannot be used outside your home, via the 3G/4G/5G mobile network.
To be able to launch the My Livebox Fiber app, you first have to connect to the Wi-Fi network of your Livebox Fiber with your smartphone or tablet. For this, use the default Wi-Fi key indicated on the sticker on the bottom of your Livebox Fiber.
Once connected to your Wi-Fi network, connect to the My Livebox Fiber app by using the admin password or the first 8 characters of the default Wi-Fi password (Wi-Fi Key).
