For the past few years, we've been changing internet companies, then finally we found Jazztel. The right company we wanted. We are happy and satisfied as their client for many years. Aside from that, they almost have everything we wanted, from good offers of internet connection and special offer in having new devices. Apart from the good app, the Jazztel WhatsApp operators and staffs are very helpful in every aspects of their clients' consultation. Educated and well-mannered. More Power Jazztel!

Very bad service. I don't recommend Jazztel. I lost sim card and their client attendance could not renovate it for a month. Also, to get attention you can wait half an hour sometimes, listening to their music. Sadly, their operators are incompetent .

My wifi is super unstable. When I call i receive no answer. The phone service tells me to use the app. When I use the app the help link tells me to call the previous phone number. Also notice the star punctuation that this app has received is not realistic. Inside the app, if you say you're happy it redirects you to play store, if you're not it only redirects you to Gmail to write your problem and send them an email.
