This application is reserved for customers of the Enterprise market who have subscribed to the Business Talk IP offer from Orange Business Services.
The Orange Business Services BTIP Services application enables businesses to improve the telephone availability of their employees.
Indeed, thanks to the BTIP Unique Number service, a user with several terminals (fixed and mobile) will only communicate on his fixed number which becomes his Unique Number and his calls follow him (telecommuting, moving to another site of the company ). Depending on his availability status, his calls will be automatically forwarded to his various terminals, to one of his colleagues or to the voice mail of his mobile. Thanks to its mobile interface, the user of the Unique Number BTIP Orange Business Services can change at any time its availability status, with ease.
In addition, thanks to the Business Continuity service, an administrator can activate / deactivate backup plans associated with his network. Depending on the status of the backup plan, calls will be automatically forwarded to the defined backup terminals.
