The application works overall well to view invoices and make monthly payments, but there's been issues for the past months when trying to purchase data (paquetitos) it just fails without giving a reason, sometimes you even get charged without receiving the service. Tried calling customer service and just get put on hold, this is happening to many users.

this internet provider is the worst I ever deal with. The internet keeps getting disconnected, that is happening every single day, I have to contact them everyday and things still the same. They say fiber optic but it's not. The offer you 100/50 on the website, they give you 100/20 this is the poorest service I ever have.

I'm American trying to use the app to pay my bill since do to the pandemic all the stores are closed and the only way to pay your bill is thru the app. It is next to impossible to use the app or to even switch it to english. Nothing about the app makes any since which does not surprise me since I've had the service for six years and nothing makes since about the bad service I've had for six years
