The My Orange app enables you, at any time you like, to:

New features available:

• Add cards to your subscription for members of your household directly from the app
• Test the network coverage and speed of your internet connection

The app also allows you to:

• Closely monitor your consumption
• Consult and modify your tariff plan
• See your last 6 invoices and review the details
• Manage your payment preferences (method of payment and address for receiving invoices)
• Pay your invoices via a banking app or with your card reader
• Reload your prepaid card or that of someone close to you
• Shift from a prepaid card to a subscription in just a few clicks
• Activate, adapt or deactivate options
• Manage the tariff plans and options of members of your household included on your invoice
• Consult your advantages and accept your gifts available thanks to the Orange Thank You loyalty programme
• Add an Internet or TV offer to your subscription
• Purchase a new smartphone and benefit from advantageous reductions by combining subscription + smartphone
• Find the nearest Orange shop
• Access FAQs, web forms and useful numbers for contacting us. We will be delighted to assist you!


• Do not worry about your surf volume:
The use of the app itself is free in Belgium and abroad.
The use of third-party applications is not: the use of GPS for the localization of Orange shops and the payment or reloading via a banking app is charged as a surfing volume.

• Use via mobile network or Wi-Fi:
The My Orange app is accessible via the mobile network or Wi-Fi.
Connecting through the app with our 3G/4G gives you immediate and automatic access to the app.

Careful! For the automatic recognition to work, you may not use VPN or old proxy settings.
If you still need to enter your mobile phone number even if you’re using Orange's mobile network, you have to remove the proxy from the internet settings of your mobile device. More information at (Dutch) or (French)

If you prefer connecting through Wi-Fi upon first usage after download or update, you’ll be asked to enter your phone number. The received SMS code will give you access to the app.

• The My Orange app has also been optimized for our B2B customers with a SHAPE tariff.

After the last update, Orange Thank does not work anymore. The function ACCEPT THIS GIFT or GIVE THIS GIFT does not work. Every time I tried, It noticed that:"Apparently something went wrong on our side. Sorry for the inconvenience. Relaunching the app may solve The problem." I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem stays the same. Please fix it.

The app itself looks like it is made in 1990. It is just a panel with your usage and the rest is ads for their own services. They changed my type of subscription without my consent and now I have to pay more. There are some parts of the app that don't have a translation so it is in french. It also signs out automatically once upon a time so you have to sign in and do the sms verification again. It is filled with badly cropped and stretched out png images in very low quality. *Dies from cringe*
