I was quite excited to discover the new features of the updated app, but I was very disappointed because it doesn't change much from the previous version and I am still unable to check and track my active subscriptions like the pulse bundles because it doesn't display on the app. And the app is a little glitchy when it concerns the translations, when switching from French to English some sections of the app still remain in French.Tabs like my space are still in French even when I switch it to EN

The app features are great. However, I bought data through this app, money was deducted but the data has not been activated for a very long while now. Still waiting for my data to be activated. Now I am reluctant to use this app because of this issue.

Hello Orange today is Saturday November 25th so I have been trying for a couple of days now to activate data with this f******application using my mobile money but I cannot see any data after the transaction has been made but after that I will be surprised to see that my money has been deducted without any data what is happening?, please I need some explanation.
