In 2025, it is unacceptable for a client to be unable to sign up or sign into the app. Says ' a problem has occurred please try again later. Don't even let me comment on the fact that, with an orange sim, the app cannot be accessed without a paid mobile subscription. Edit: yet again, the app cannot be accessed. They say they are having difficulties and they're trying to fix it.

The new update breaks the app. Account balances are messed up. Calls are shown in hours, data for all bundles is now mixed up together and impossible to tell which is which. Balance expiration doesn't show anymore. The old version was much much better. Please fix or revert.

change the UI without informing your clients that they will be a change in app and customer support services The UI is good but the fact it doesn't show the amount of data you are using when you buy the the Giganight bundle ie 200F=2GB from 12AM to 06AM in the morning is downgrade Also the support services ie th support agent doesn't work at all since the new app update customer support services is👎🏾👎🏾
