In 2025, it is unacceptable for a client to be unable to sign up or sign into the app. Says ' a problem has occurred please try again later. Don't even let me comment on the fact that, with an orange sim, the app cannot be accessed without a paid mobile subscription. Edit: yet again, the app cannot be accessed. They say they are having difficulties and they're trying to fix it.

Since some weeks now, I'm unable to open my line menu in the app, there's always a message asking me to connect my phone number mine while, all the other services are ok I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But still, I face the same problem une able to access my line menu

Appp was superb untill after the recent update, it clears previous data subscription when a new one is activated. making the client to lose data balance unlike before where you could do multiple activations and use for longer period.
