My Orange is a free application, which allows Orange Liberia Prepaid customers to:

- Consult your account in real time: minutes, sms, internet ...
- Top up your account or a friend account
- Buy Internet Pass
- Access to Orange services and applications
- Locate your Orange shops
- Find the answers to all your questions, the numbers of customer service in the support area

Thanks to My Orange Liberia application, get all USSD shortcuts with a tap of finger.

Conditions of use:

- My Orange application is dedicated to Orange Liberia customers under 3G/4G network coverage or WIFI.
- Download: possible under Wifi and free, under mobile coverage. The downloading traffic cost is deducted from the customer’s data plan or pay per use session.
Cost : The mobile traffic for the app use is free except when being located via My Orange application or when the user is directed to a website, data charges apply and are deducted from the customer's data plan.

This site and app is NOT user friendly. I have a phone and service that doesn't work. I can't even dial customer service number because it keeps cutting off. I can't access my personal information to make changes any where on the sight nor app. This is too frustrating!!!!

Last time I recharged with this app, orange took my 2 dollars in the name of "You left your data on while you recharged." And I literally been using the orange app to recharge for like months back without them taking a cent from my credit while my data been on. So now If I cannot put my data on while I recharge with the app, how else will I recharge and buy the package that I want!? How will the app work without my data being one? Orange, y'all need to improve tho!

The app and packages are good but I have to be connected to the Internet using my orange sim card before I'm allow to buy any of the packages. This makes it impossible to buy the package. Sometimes my phone is connected to WiFi (like now) and I can't activate the package I want because I don't have data on my orange to connect directly to the Internet.
