If you prefer to visit an Orange store, the app allows you to locate a store near you and make an appointment.

excellent app and an excellent company, I used SFR which was a nightmare, before switching to orange 2 years ago, I have had zero issues with orange everything just works and the apps do what they're supposed to do.

The Orange agent was very patient and provided me with all the information I required very carefully. She helped me to understand the package that suited my requirements and offered some additional benefits at no extra cost.

I live in France but not good enough in french, this is international brand but still total in french in France.
