The Orange et moi app allows you to track your usage details at any time, manage your bills, your plans, as well as the options and features of your mobile and internet-TV-phone contracts.
Looking for information or experiencing a problem? The Help section provides online solutions and allows you to chat with an Orange advisor via messaging.
If you prefer to visit an Orange store, the app allows you to locate a store near you and make an appointment.

Tip: A widget allows you to access your usage tracker at a glance.
How to install it? Long-press from the home screen of your mobile or tablet and select the "Orange et moi" widget.

Ratings and reviews

This is officially the worst customer service experience. I am not sure how they got their "best customer service" award. They literally lie and hold you on wait. and even on a customer service chat, expect a response that is slower than a postal mail. I work from home and the internet is crucial for me, yet they take it very lightly to let me go without any connection for 4 days.

The English menu has gone, why? Not all English customers are fluent in the French language. I may change my provider if Orange is not interested in its English customers..

App was reinstalled on 02 july. Error messages have disappeared and no issues found @ today 03 july.
