Looking for information or experiencing a problem? The Help section provides online solutions and allows you to chat with an Orange advisor via messaging.
If you prefer to visit an Orange store, the app allows you to locate a store near you and make an appointment.

Very slow, doesn't load properly, not easy to use. Same issue in general with Orqnge apps.

because you require location sharing. And on a sony it is very very very slow and gets confused by the widescreen format

excellent app and an excellent company, I used SFR which was a nightmare, before switching to orange 2 years ago, I have had zero issues with orange everything just works and the apps do what they're supposed to do.
