The Orange et moi application allows you to monitor the details of your consumption at any time, manage your invoices, your packages as well as the options and equipment of your mobile and internet-TV-telephone contracts.
Are you looking for information or encountering a problem? The Help section provides you with online solutions and allows you to chat with an Orange advisor by messaging.
If you prefer to go to an Orange store, the application allows you to locate a store near you and make an appointment.

Tip: a widget allows you to access your consumption monitoring in the blink of an eye.
How to install it? Long press from the home page of your mobile or tablet and choose the “Orange and me” widget.

Ratings and reviews

Lame app, lame internet provider and customer service. Now that I closed the contract and went to Bouygues, their app beats Orange's by far. It doesn't allow managing multiple devices, blocking others, is very user unfriendly AND the subscription cost 2 times more! Avoid everything from Orange!

I was told that I could change the TV that came with the internet box offer, they will put the less expensive TV and then I could come next week to confirm which one I wanted. I then retuned to change it they said it was too late (I even wanted a expensier one obviously). Because I was mad I wanted to cancel the service and they said... too late... engagement... I already cancelled my two mobile lines and will cancel once the engagement is done. I obviously already contacted support sevral times

absolutely brilliant customer service from Deborah in Orange at Alès. we had mobile data issues and limited french, she was very patient and came up with the perfect solution for us. Best service we've ever received from Orange anywhere.
