I created an Orange Money account with my phone number and added 100 DH to pay my bill. The next month, the app asked me to create a new account with the same number, and i did, my balance disappeared. I called Support said no money was ever added. Very bad experience and poor customer support.

seriously what is wrong with this app ?? I'm beyond frustrated they keep telling me that my secret code is wrong despite it being correct I kept trying until it got blocked. can't even access the app anymore please fix your bugs or something !!

The cache back doesn't work properly, sometimes you pay an orange bill and you don't get the cache back offer.
