i installed the app made the account then when i tried to login again they say password is wrong and blocked my account after 3 tries and when i try to contact the support number i can't get to them like i just recharged to call them and they say i dont have enough sold even tho i have ana i tried from multiple numbers and still i do not recommend the app they stole my money and blocked my account just pay your bills normally

Horrible! I literally just have downloaded the app and opened an account but the Minute I tried to connect using my password they're saying it's wrong and retried multiple times now they're saying that my account is blocked like seriously this is not fine at all

I put 200 Dhs on my account so I can pay my November bill but the app keeps crashing. This is unacceptable, either fix the app or refund me. The problem has now been fixed. App working again.
