The Child Protection application is part of Orange's Cyber ​​Protection service. In order to install this application on your children's devices, you need to have contracted the service through any of our sales channels. If you have already contracted the service, you can obtain the activation code for the application within your customer area or in the My Orange application, in the menu to manage the Cyber ​​Protection service.


As soon as you contract Cyber ​​Protection, you will be able to navigate safely on the Orange mobile network, being protected from Internet threats, on all lines of your rate, without having to install or configure anything, also on your trips abroad.

The Orange Child Protection application maintains its level of protection even when connected to any WiFi network, as it creates a secure VPN tunnel that connects you to the Orange network.

From the configuration portal of your Cyber ​​Protection service, you can filter inappropriate content and configure how your children use their mobile devices:
- Block categories of content that are not appropriate or create exceptions to them.
- Block the most frequent applications.
- Also choose the time in which the previous blocks apply.
