TRACK THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Add items with:

• Optional unit
• Optional price
• Notes
• Bought or completed status

PlanFlow shows planned totals, completed items, remaining progress and items that still need prices.

STAY AWARE OF YOUR BUDGET

Set an optional budget limit for each list and quickly understand whether your plan is within budget, getting close to the limit or over budget. Every list keeps its selected currency, while you can choose a default currency for new plans.

REUSE AND ORGANIZE

Save time by turning repeated plans into reusable templates. Archive finished lists without losing them, search active or archived plans and sort your lists by recently updated, newest, oldest or name.

EXPORT CLEAN PDF COPIES

Create a readable PDF whenever you need to share, print or keep a copy of a plan. Your list data leaves the app only when you choose to export or share it.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

PlanFlow stores lists, categories, templates, settings and item data directly on your device. There are no accounts, advertisements or usage analytics in this release.

PERSONALIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Choose your language, theme, default list order, default currency and whether completed items remain visible. PlanFlow supports light, dark and system themes, system text scaling and screen-reader-friendly labels.
