ALGA can read employee daily presence and punctuality with help of our device in real time. Our dashboard simplifies and streamlines your entire HRMS and proll process. Each employee gets a Login, They can apply for Leave, Permission, On-Duty and Miss punch from their login. Alga provides real-time reports like, employee attendance, in-Punch, Out-punch, Miss punch, permission, leave, on-duty in the form of reports. If improper punching happens, then the next day employee punch will be blocked by the machine itself and the employee gets a notification to meet their HR or admin.

Admins or Super-users can create, manage, individual employee ID and accounts and your records get updated regularly. Admins or Super-users can access the payroll system and are fully customizable, they can create or update entries like Bank details, salary, allowance, deduction, advance, loans, etc. In payroll, admin is able to generate salary reports, Bank reports, time card reports in just a few clicks! Employees can download their pay slip from their individual login itself.
