The app and the owner are just fantastic. One night I was having an issue figuring something out, so I asked the question via YouTube comment. The next morning I had an email with an in depth description for how to fix the issue. To be honest I was planning on taking advantage of the free year while shopping around and jumping ship once the trial ended, but I can't imagine my shop functioning without OrbisX.

Fantastic CRM, I've tried and tested several over the last few years and I couldn't ever tell if I was using the right one - until I tried OrbisX. It really is so easy to use, very organized, the team that run it are maybe the quickest to respond I've ever seen, and it's visually appealing which is important to me. Truly head and shoulders above any of the others.

I had a great experience using the OrbisX app. It’s an excellent tool for car detailers, making it easy to manage jobs, clients, and communication all in one place. The interface keeps everything organized and efficient. What stood out most to me was the customer support—Shawn was extremely helpful and responsive. He took the time to address all my concerns and made sure everything was resolved quickly. Overall, excellent service and a reliable app.
