If your password has a special character, the app will fail to open with a can't connect to server error. Customer service and help is non existent for individual users. Bus route updates are clunky, updating like every 30s or so with a screen refresh. You can't see other stops on the map, and once the bus arrives at your stop, you no longer get updates (which would be helpful to see when it reaches the school or to get your child to a different stop). ETA is only helpful when one stop away.

Kept getting the login failed message like others have. As another reviewer pointed out, you apparently can't have special characters in your password. Changing mine to a basic alphanumeric password let me log in. There should be a simple error message warning users of this so they know why they can't use the app, especially since many people are used to being required to put special characters in their passwords for increased security. Or... just let people use whatever passwords they want.

Bus doesn't show on app rendering it utterly pointless, app has no navigation buttons so if you go into a menu and need to back out YOU CAN'T. You just close app and reload. Whoever with Bethel Park School District decided to go with an unproven, broken app when BusWhere worked just fine is going to be in big trouble.
