Orbit runs a service business from your phone: today's visits, the job in front of you, and the report filed before you leave site. Your field team, sales and accounts all work on the same records your office sees.

Built for service companies such as pest control, cleaning, maintenance and facilities management.

FIELD SERVICE
• Today's schedule and job list, with customer details, addresses and site notes
• Service reports with checklists, site photos, voice notes and customer signatures
• Service locations and contracts for each customer
• Materials used on each job

WORKS OFFLINE
No signal in a basement or a plant room? Jobs, schedules, service reports, service locations, tasks and timesheets stay on your phone. Changes are saved on the device and sync automatically when you are back in range.

CRM AND SALES
• Leads, deals, companies and contacts, with pipelines and lists
• Quotations, proforma invoices, proposals and products
• Activities, comments and follow-ups on every record

FINANCE
• Invoices, payments and recurring invoices

• Role-based access: each person sees only what their role allows
• Unlock with fingerprint, face or a PIN, and automatic lock when idle
• Data on the phone is stored in an encrypted database and never included in device backups
• Sign out of other devices from your profile

GETTING STARTED
Sign in with the account your company gave you, or create a new workspace from the app. Orbit also runs in the browser, so the office and the field stay in sync.
