The timer itself seems to work okay but my experience with the app has been negative. The device loses bluetooth connection with my phone once I go inside. This is probably why the company designed an addtional piece of equipment, called the Hub, to boost connection. you can purchase this for $30. It's the typical business model of today. Design a product with limited capabilities then up-charge for add ons. Man, consumers are stupid. Uninstalled app.

The app like the faucet timers are great when they are actually working correctly. For the past year now the app is not showing that it watered on the calendar. The devices disconnect frequently requiring them to be restated or deleted and reconnected. Doesn't give any notification if the batteries die. Overall disappointed with this Orbitz product. Their warranty service is amazing though if any of your devices stop working.

B-Hyve is one of the most finicky apps I've ever had to use. Now suddenly the app has gone black on my Samsung; my email and password are not longer recognized; no amount of zeroing the cache, or reinstalling the app, makes any difference. Just the latest in a series of software fiascos occurring over multiple years. Recommend trying a different manufacturer before investing anymoney in this system.
