Ratings and reviews

App is barely more than a website link. Purports to show real time data for bus, but only does so sometimes! Bus late? Canceled? You'll never know! Even better, sometimes those 'realtime updates' are apparently fake, and their system shows the bus merrily on its way when it never even left the station. It's where the bus SHOULD be! Borderline useless.

Absolute junk. Infuriatingly glitchy, amateurish, and poorly thought out. Will not save destinations. Will not save personal info, but also does not auto populate information, LIKE EVERY OTHER APP. Will not save credit card information. Bizarrely, it allows you to add a payment method, but then there is no way to access the information when you make a purchase. It's like an app developed by a child in a middle school level intro to programming class. Just junk.

Most commuter stops are excluded, making it useless for us. The ones they do have don't allow me to go to stops that I know they go to because paying in cash I do that throughout the week. Its an awkward design, the buttons requiring a specific spot to be clicked. I tried on the website to do the same thing and a $3 trip cost $17 there. If you are looking to try a comuter route follow the schedule options and bring exact change honestly.
