Volanta is an easy to use smart flight tracker that integrates all your flight data across all major sims including MSFS, Prepar3D, X-Plane and many more into one neat
application.

Our brand new companion app allows you to:

- View details of your own flight such as callsign, aircraft, departure and arrival airports and weather
- See statistics such as remaining time and distance and a chart of your altitude
- Marvel at your screenshots and add notes
- Explore the current flights on Volanta, VATSIM, IVAO, FSCloud and PilotEdge
- See planned routes and 3D flight paths

This app does not track a flight on its own, you need the desktop version of Volanta running and be a premium member for this app to work.

Ratings and reviews

This is supposed to be a mobile companion app for the desktop application. It doesn't work. You can open it and see your flight but you cannot move the map, cannot look at info, and cannot check your profile, flights, fleet, etc. It does not work as advertised, despite requiring a premium subscription. I like Volanta and I will continue it use it, but it is in spite of this. I will not continue my subscription until this app is patched and fixed or removed from the list of features.

Bit nasty providing an app for free, and then paywalling at login. Many other services provide a mobile app free of cost regardless of subscription status. Also, paywalling a tracking app like Volanta is excessive, when the main benefit to tracking should be our ability to check on the plane from anywhere, not just the browser. It's a bit like forcing people to pull out their laptop to use Google Maps in their car - it defeats convenience for no reason.

I left a 1 star review before getting premium, I think its very pathetic to create an app thats free to download but needs a premium subscription. After using the app ive realized it doesnt deserve a better rating, very buggy.
