The application is very useful and helpful. But, the number of time I failed to prosses the payment and I failed to open a teacher's profile is tremendous! Even with clearing cache and updating the app, it always glitches and shows me a message that there's a glitch. I hope you improve it with the amount of money you make from it

Used the app 4 years ago and had no problems. Used it yesterday to check for something (Browsing only without booking) and the next day someone from Orcas calls me and says I noticed that you were searching for a tutor yesterday and I can assist you. It's so unprofessional to follow up with users based on their search. I uninstalled the App immediately and will never use it again. Huge breach of privacy !!!

Tutors i dealed w/ (top rated .supposed to be so ) were fine at first session but later kept trying to cancel many sessions and have longer hours and after scheduling sessions they always contact me to change the schedule for the sake of other students ,but whenever I want to contact them they rarely answer and always answer after long time. and have some really childish and irresponsible reactions (at age of almost 30+)towards me not answering for once and even after apologizing.worst service .
