I have an s24 and 5g, and the app constantly gives me issues. It will not open, take forever to load, and open up incorrect days. Today, it wouldn't even open and was asking for email and password, but it wasn't able to load. The app seems to lag, I have to log out and log back in constantly. Is there a new update coming? When we first had orcatec, it was pretty reliable, but now it's definitely hit or miss. Maybe it's a server issue.

The app is very versatile, I have used other softwares, this one is really different at how fast I can upload pictures, to how fast I can switch the tabs very efficiently, to navigate my route and download pdf files. Customer service is always on top of my game, when I need an explanation on how to work with their website or the app, they explain it to me, and I learn more and more about it, there are alot of functions, if you learn them, its really efficient to work with it. Anyways l Love it!

Better make room for Orcatec! Their app has all the features of the expensive field management softwares with a lower cost entry for small to medium sized home service businesses. The designers and developers nailed it. By far the most robust and customizable Proposal feature out there. Very well thought out workflow from call to invoicing. The user experience is easy and intuitive. Once people catch on, Orcatec is going to rally and move ahead of the others who occupy this market.
